Mission Update: Thank You for Supporting Venezuela Earthquake Relief!

Thank you to everyone who prayed, gave, and shared our appeal for the people of Venezuela. Because of your generous response, our Neighbors in Need: Venezuela Earthquakes Relief offering was a success!

Your gifts will be directed through the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) to help provide food, clean water, medical care, shelter, and other assistance to people affected by the earthquakes. Through UMCOR, 100% of your designated donation supports disaster response and recovery efforts.

Your generosity is a beautiful expression of what it means to be the Body of Christ: when one part suffers, we respond together with compassion, prayer, and practical help.

Please continue to pray for those who are grieving, those who were injured, families who lost their homes and livelihoods, and all those working to bring relief and hope.

Our hearts are heavy as we pray for the people of Venezuela following the devastating earthquakes that have taken lives, destroyed homes, injured thousands, and left many families facing urgent needs.

As United Methodists, we believe that when one part of the Body suffers, we all suffer together. Through the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR), we have a trusted way to respond with compassion and practical help. UMCOR provides immediate assistance in the aftermath of disasters and supports long-term recovery efforts around the world. Because administrative costs are covered through other United Methodist giving, 100% of your donation will go directly to provide emergency assistance such as food, clean water, medical care, shelter, and other relief for those affected.
